π± Our Raised Beds Have Arrived β Let the Growing Begin!
Exciting news for our garden project: our brand-new raised beds have officially arrived, and they're already inspiring big plans for the season ahead.
What We Now Have
2 Smaller Beds
3.5 ft Γ 2 ft Γ 1 ft
Perfect for focused crops & specialty plantings
4 Larger Beds
8 ft Γ 3 ft Γ 1 ft
Generous space for sprawling veggies & native blooms
These sturdy new additions give us plenty of room to expand both our vegetable garden and our pollinator plantings. The smaller beds will be great for focused crops and specialty plantings, while the larger ones offer generous space for sprawling veggies, native blooms, and habitat-friendly flowers that support bees, butterflies, and other essential pollinators.
π» What We're Planning to Grow
Vegetables
Fresh produce to nourish our community and garden visitors
Native Blooms
Colorful wildflowers that provide essential food sources for pollinators
Habitat Flowers
Bee, butterfly, and pollinator-friendly species for a thriving ecosystem
I'm especially excited about how these beds will help us build a healthier, more vibrant ecosystem. With thoughtful planting, they'll become a mix of nourishment for us and nourishment for the pollinators that keep everything growing.
