
Tender chicken breasts with a tangy honey mustard glaze
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, both mustards, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, and rosemary.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Pour honey mustard sauce over the chicken, reserving some for serving.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then drizzle with reserved sauce and serve.
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in half the honey mustard sauce for 2-4 hours before cooking. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it becomes!
